  3. Professional Site Assessment – If an on-site evaluation would be beneficial, we offer a comprehensive property assessment for $500. This fee can be applied toward your design & discovery agreement if you choose to move forward. During this assessment, our team:
    1. Analyzes soil conditions and topography
    2. Evaluates utility access and requirements
    3. Reviews drainage patterns and natural features
    4. Identifies optimal building locations
    5. Assesses access points and site logistics
        
  4. Cost Impact Analysis – We provide insights into how various site characteristics might influence your construction budget, helping you plan effectively.    

       
  5. Solutions and Recommendations – You’ll receive detailed recommendations for maximizing your property’s potential while addressing any challenges we identify.
